I’m sure everyone remembers when the US Government passed the budget 6 months behind schedule-only to keep the government from shutting down in merely hours. It looks like we’ve got ourselves in another pickle. Yes, it’s that time of year. Apparently, just as paying your credit card bill late doesn’t push back your next due date-neither does forming your budget 6 months late push back your next fiscal year. The government is again keeping their political parties best interest in mind when forming the budget for 2012, and seemingly unable to compromise. Time will tell whether or not they can put their differences aside and do what’s best for the COUNTRY and not simply their PARTY. (I do understand that they argue that their parties views only differ because the parties think they know what’s best for the country and often disagree with the other-what I intend to imply here is that argument achieves nothing-and COMPROMISE is key) Saddle up Americans, we’re in for another bumpy ride.

It isn’t the first time this has happened, and it actually was one of the main reasons Clinton was reelected. Politics in this country is badly broken.
